![]() Java HotSpot Embedded Client VM (build 25.65-b01, mixed mode) Java SE Embedded Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_65-b17) MinimStreamer 0.6.1, Copyright © 2012-2016 Simon Nash. I see that the colaboration with Melco is starting to look more stable than with QNAP: there is now an officially supported version of minimserver for the N1Z on minim's page. And if Simon has a bugfix for that in minimserver in the pipeline, it would be more future-proof and convenient of course! I wouldn't mind downgrading QTS to go back to a version on wich mininm runs fine, but I'm not sure if it is possible. It's such a pain that QNAP messed something up with their latest QTS! ![]() Same again!Īny idea how I could get minimserver to run again? ![]() So un stopped and uninstalled minimserver, downloaded the latest QNAP intel package on minim's website (MinimServer-0.8.4.5-intel.qpkg), and manually installed it. So when I noticed it wasn't working properly, I stopped both minim and JRE, waited 2 minutes, started JRE, waited 2 minutes and started minimserver. I get the message "this version of TwonkyMedia and firmware are incompatible", but QTS doesn't provide any newer version of twonky!įor your info, I updated minimserver from QTS's app center (click the update button under the minim's app logo in the list) befaore updating JRE. If it can be of any help, and as others mentionned it here, TwonkyMedia 8.2.1.0 is also installed but fails to start from QTS's app center. Minimserver 0.8.4.5 is installed and tells me it's running, but page fails to load and I can't see minim server both from my UPnP setup (where I was using it for several years), nor from minimwatch installed on a Windows PC. I updated all aps, so it's running JRE 8.101.0. I'm new here, but ran into a similar problem when I upgraded my QNAP HS-251 (intel based) to QTS 4.
